Baltsoft was founded in 2003 by persons having solid experience of work in direct insurance and insurance broking business. The main our product is a Policy management system for insurance brokers "WebPolicy".

Until the year 2009 our work was dedicated to a limited number of clients. We are very grateful for their contribution into the development of WebPolicy, especially to: MAI CEE group, Aon Lithuania, Apdrošināšanas Serviss-Brokeri  and IIZI Group.

In the year 2009, Baltsoft, having well developed policy management solution, started to offer it for insurance intermediaries worldwide.

We are independent providers, having no shareholding relations with any companies in insurance industry.


Our mission

Business process automating and the ability to get transparent analysis plays an increasingly important role for competitiveness of Insurance intermediaries. However, as a rule, the cost of solutions, which are necessary for your company, are too high. This is mainly caused by the following:

• insurance is a specific area - providing good software solutions  requires deep knowledge of insurance business processes.


• taking each country separately, Insurance Intermediaries make up comparatively small market segment for providers of IT solutions.

Having well developed software which already works in a large number of European countries, as well as appropriate knowledge, we feel that we can help in changing the situation. By launching the project "webpolicy.eu", we have defined our new mission:
