Live help-desk support. Distance is not a problem. WebPolicy users can contact our help-desk by Skype or phone anytime with any questions. During the conversation we can share our desktop screen online to demonstrate WebPolicy. So, the effect of the service is the same as the expert would sit near you.
Our customers have logins to the "Online issue tracking system". The system helps to easily track issue solving process.

Guarantee service is ensuring the stable work of your system. The agreement with the customer includes our financial responsibility in case if the failures will be not solved in the defined terms.

Continuous development. We develop WebPolicy continuously and issue updates every month. We accept individual orders and for development specific WebPolicy features.
